We would rather build it right once and price it honestly than play the markup-markdown game.</p><h3 id="military-and-first-responders-read-this">Military and first responders: read this</h3><p>While there is no storefront discount, active duty military, veterans, law enforcement, fire, and EMT/paramedic personnel qualify to apply for the <a href="https://chenegear.com/pages/pro-program">Ch&#xEA;ne Pro Program</a>, which offers professional pricing to approved members. It is application-based and requires verification (DD-214, LES, or a recent paystub).</p><h3 id="sales-and-promotions">Sales and promotions</h3><p>When we do run a promotion, email subscribers hear about it first. In our Memphis and Stuttgart stores, we accept cash, card, and gift cards.</p><h3 id="payment-declined">Payment declined?</h3><ul><li>Double-check the card number, expiration, CVV, and especially the billing ZIP code. ZIP mismatches are the most common decline.</li><li>Try another card or an express checkout option.</li><li>If it keeps failing, your bank may be flagging the purchase. A quick call to them usually clears it.</li></ul><h3 id="see-a-double-charge">See a double charge?</h3><p>A declined attempt can leave a temporary authorization hold that looks like a charge. Holds drop off automatically within a few business days. If you see two posted (not pending) charges, contact us at info@chenegear.com with your order number and we will sort it out.</p><h3 id="gift-cards">Gift cards</h3><p>Ch&#xEA;ne gift cards and e-gift cards are available for purchase: search &quot;gift card&quot; on <a href="https://chenegear.com/search?q=gift%20card">chenegear.com</a>.
