Online at chenegear.com, we accept major credit and debit cards, Chêne gift cards, and the express checkout options shown at checkout. In our Memphis and Stuttgart stores, we accept cash, card, and gift cards.

Payment declined?

• Double-check the card number, expiration, CVV, and especially the billing ZIP code. ZIP mismatches are the most common decline.
• Try another card or an express checkout option.
• If it keeps failing, your bank may be flagging the purchase. A quick call to them usually clears it.

See a double charge?

A declined attempt can leave a temporary authorization hold that looks like a charge. Holds drop off automatically within a few business days. If you see two posted (not pending) charges, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.

Gift cards

Chêne gift cards and e-gift cards are available for purchase: search "gift card" on chenegear.com. Store credit from returns is also issued as a digital gift card by email, redeemable online.
