<p>Orders are typically processed in 1 to 3 business days, and that includes transit time to the carrier. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on the way.</p>

<li>Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST are typically processed the following business day.</li>
<li>Orders placed after 1:00 pm CST on Friday or over the weekend are processed the following Monday.</li>

<h3 id="shipping-methods">Shipping methods</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>Ground:</strong> UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Free on orders of $150 or more shipped within the continental US.</li>
<li><strong>Expedited:</strong> UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air are offered at checkout where applicable. Note that expedited shipping speeds up transit, not processing. Processing time still applies before your order ships.</li>
</ul>
<p>During peak season and product launches, processing can run toward the longer end of that window. If your order has not shipped after 3 business days, contact us at info@chenegear.com and we will check on it.</p>
