Keep your drop-off receipt.</li><li><strong>Processing:</strong> we process returns promptly after they arrive.</li><li><strong>Bank posting:</strong> once issued, refunds typically post in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.</li></ul><p>If your return shows delivered to us and you have not seen a refund after a week, email info@chenegear.com with your order number and we will check on it.</p><h3 id="about-the-fee">About the fee</h3><p>Returns for refund are subject to a shipping and handling fee that covers the return label. It will not exceed $12. Exchanges and store credit returns ship free.</p>
