We generate a prepaid label, and once we receive your item we ship the new one to your original address. Continental US only.</li><li><strong>Store credit (free shipping):</strong> return for a digital gift card in the amount of your return, delivered by email. Continental US only.</li><li><strong>Refund (shipping and handling fee):</strong> return for a full refund to your original payment method. A shipping and handling fee covers the return label and will not exceed $12.
