What does the Chêne wader warranty cover?Updated 4 hours ago
If something goes wrong with your waders because of how they were built, a defect in materials or workmanship, we will make it right: we repair it or replace it. As long as you will stand in them, we will stand behind them.
What is covered
- Defects in materials
- Defects in workmanship (seams, construction, hardware failures from normal use)
What is not covered
Normal wear and tear and damage from misuse or accidents are not covered. That includes punctures, tears, rips, snags, fabric pulls, pilling, stains, burns, and theft or loss.
Not covered does not mean not helped
Even when an issue falls outside warranty, we will do everything reasonable to get your gear back in the field. If it can be repaired, our in-house repair team will find a way. If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, reach out anyway. We will treat you the way we would want to be treated.
What about boots, apparel, and other gear?
The lifetime warranty applies to Chêne waders. For any other product, if you believe you have a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us at [email protected] with photos and your order number and our team will take a look.
