If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right. Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number (in your confirmation email and on the packing slip)
- What is missing, wrong, or damaged
- Photos of the item and packaging if there is visible damage or an incorrect product
Photos help us resolve things on the first reply, and they help us hold our carriers and warehouse accountable.
Depending on the situation, we will send the correct item, replace the damaged one, or refund you. Shipping damage claims are easiest to resolve when reported within a few days of delivery, so do not sit on it.
