There is nothing to register. Your order is your warranty record, so keep the email address you ordered with, and hold onto receipts for in-store purchases.

When you contact us for a warranty claim, we look up your purchase by your order number or email address.

Bought secondhand or received as a gift

The wader warranty transfers one time to a new owner, and coverage carries over. If you picked up Chêne waders secondhand, contact us at [email protected] with whatever purchase information you have and we will get the transfer recorded.
