How long do repairs take?Updated 4 hours ago

Repairs are typically evaluated, tested, fixed, and shipped back within 7 to 10 business days of arriving at our Memphis repair department. You will get a call from our team when the work is done, letting you know exactly what was repaired.

What happens during those days

  1. Your waders arrive and are logged with your repair reference number.
  2. Every pair is pressure tested to find the actual failure point, not just the spot where water showed up.
  3. Our repair team fixes the issue and retests.
  4. We call you with the rundown and ship them back.

If you submitted a repair and want a status update, email [email protected] or call (901) 869-1766 with the name on the repair and your reference number from our repair confirmation email.

During peak season, repair volume climbs. Sending waders in right after the season ends beats discovering a leak on opening morning.
