How do I check my exchange status?Updated 4 hours ago

You get email updates at every step of your exchange, including tracking for the new item once it ships. Check the inbox of the email address you used on the portal, and check spam if you do not see them.

How the exchange flows

  1. You complete the exchange at chenegear.loopreturns.com and get a prepaid return label.
  2. You ship the original item back.
  3. Once we receive it, we process the exchange and ship your new item to the original shipping address. You will see a new order confirmation for the replacement; exchange order numbers start with EXC.
  4. You get a shipping confirmation with tracking for the replacement.

If your return shows delivered to us and you have not heard anything after a few business days, email [email protected] with your order number and we will check on it.
