Yes. In-store purchases follow the same policy as online orders: new, unwashed, and unworn items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 90 days.
In person (fastest)
Bring the item to the store and our team will look up your order and process the return or exchange on the spot. Your receipt helps, but we can also find your purchase with the order number, or the email or phone number used at purchase.
By mail
In-store purchases can also be returned through our online portal at chenegear.loopreturns.com using your order number and the email on the purchase.
