Include this so we can actually evaluate it

• What the event or project is, with dates
• What you are asking for (product donation, sponsorship, partnership)
• Where the ask supports conservation or gets more people into waterfowl hunting

Volume is high during the season, so give us lead time and we will give you a straight answer. Not every request can be filled, but every one gets read.
